Experience was great. Time and attention was given to our needs on a daily basis. The removal of the insulation and wet Sheetrock was done and the clean up was great. There was professionalism and timely response

Cole and his team did a fantastic job with the mold remediation at one of my rental properties. They were extremely professional, delivered outstanding results, and offered very reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of similar services.

Restoration Specialist came highly recommended and now I know why! They were responsive and quick to come out. They accessed our damage and walked us through every step of the restoration process. Very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable.

**5 Stars** As a realtor, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Restoration Specialist on multiple occasions, and I recommend them to my clients. Their professionalism and quality of work are outstanding. Whether dealing with water damage, fire restoration, or general property rehabilitation, their team responds quickly and communicates clearly throughout the entire process. This is crucial when you’re trying to get a property market-ready or help clients navigate insurance claims. What sets them apart is their attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelines - something that’s essential in real estate transactions. They understand the urgency that comes with property deals and consistently deliver results that meet both my standards and my clients’ expectations. They’re reliable, fairly priced, and truly care about restoring properties to their best condition. Highly recommended for anyone needing restoration services in the Athens and surrounding area.

Couldn’t ask for better service! They were extremely fast, easy to work with, had great communication and customer care. John was always very thorough in explaining everything and helped us along the way with our insurance as well. David did amazing work and you wouldn’t even know flooring etc had been replaced. I would highly recommend this company and the wonderful work they do! Even after the fact when our insurance did not record all of the information they were suppose to John went out of his way to provide the information once again! Very thankful for their service in our area and will use them again for any future issues we may have.
